How to improve your property's appearance in photographs

A good estate agent will arrange professional photography of your property. Here are a few tips to help improve the presentation of your property:

All rooms

Give the property a good tidy up including dusting and vaccuming and make sure to take out the rubbish. Put away personal items such as children's toys as well as bins and remove any evidence of pets.
