Sales and lettings trainee programme

Our trainee programme is designed for determined and driven individuals looking to take their first step into estate agency. Whether you are a graduate who wants to learn more about residential sales or lettings, or someone looking for a career change, this opportunity could be for you.

You will learn everything you need to know about being a negotiator, either in sales or lettings, with on-the-job training from branch directors and assistant managers. You will also have support from a dedicated KFH mentor and the Talent Development and Talent Acquisition teams. You will have the opportunity to network across our London branch network as well as understanding what goes on behind the scenes with lettings property management, client services, financial services, and other departments that are critical to the smooth running of a property business.

Our branch-based programme allows you to work at your pace, with our trainees expected to be promoted to fully-fledged negotiators in around 6 months.
