Land and New Homes Sales Negotiator

We are looking for a Land and New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our busy, expanding New Homes division. The ideal candidate must be driven and confident, with a proven track record of successfully working to targets.

We want a motivated individual who is confident, enthusiastic and does not shy away from performing under pressure. It is essential that applicants have had previous success working within sales, preferably in the property sector.

A typical day will include: discussing marketing and pricing strategy on a development project, supporting show home launches and open days, and securing sales.

The New Homes market is a niche sales environment dealing with new builds, developments, investors and buyers. This role offers a real opportunity for negotiators who have an interest in developing their career within the New Homes market.

With 60 branches across the capital, and backed by 40 years’ experience we are one of the largest independent property services companies in London.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • The ability to negotiate
  • Sound business ethics
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter
  • The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • A full UK driving license
