At KFH we are looking for a property inspector to join our Build to Rent team, this role is based in London Bridge with site visits across London.

You will report into our Senior Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities of a property inspector include:

  • Plan and carry out property inspections promptly and as needed.
  • Coordinate keys and onsite team awareness for hassle-free inspections.
  • Complete detailed reports, with photos and descriptions, on our inspections app.
  • Communicate delays and concerns promptly to ensure smooth inspections.
  • Maintain friendly customer service and handling unexpected situations with ease.
