I had a very disappointing experience with KFH. I rented a property through them, and unfortunately, the service was extremely unprofessional. A staff member named Bobbie provided false information and made misleading promises just to secure the agreement. After moving in, I discovered that the property had a fully blocked drainage system, which took one month to repair. Now, the heating system has been turned off by the landlord, even though the weather is still very cold and summer has not yet begun. The landlord later claimed that the heating would be turned off during the summer season—something that was never mentioned prior to signing the contract. These are basic living necessities, and such details should have been clearly communicated in advance. I would like to bring this to the attention of KFH management. I have no personal issue with the company as a whole, but dishonest and unprofessional behavior from staff can seriously damage the firm's reputation. Management should take strict action against individuals who mislead clients and cause unnecessary stress. I live with my family, including my 8-year-old child, who has been crying at night because of the cold. Do you think it is fair to deceive customers and focus only on taking their money, while ignoring their well-being and basic needs?
