New starter training at the Wimbledon Branch
Your first few weeks will be focused on getting you up and running in your new role, which will include at least your first two days in the meeting room of our Wimbledon Branch for the Welcome to KFH and Delivering Service with Care training sessions. From there, your training journey will depend on your role.
We will send your new starter training schedule to your personal email. This will also be shared with your line manager, so they know where you need to be.
What to expect from the training
- Our training sessions are fully interactive with the opportunity to talk to other delegates, as well as ask questions.
- Sessions will include a variety of activities, such as group exercises and activities in pairs.
- The group will be a mixture of delegates from different offices and locations of the business, but we will ask each colleague to introduce themselves at the start of the session.
- You are welcome to ask your facilitator any questions you may have at any point during the session.
- There will be regular comfort breaks provided.
- If attending training at our Wimbledon Branch, refreshments and kitchen facilities are available for you to use.
- You are welcome to bring your own notepad and pen if you would like to take notes.
- Unless you have been otherwise informed, you don’t need to bring any specific stationery or materials to the training session. Just bring yourself to each session and have fun.
If you would benefit from any adjustments or accommodations to help you get the most out of the session, or have any further questions, please contact talentdevelopment@kfh.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
