His knowledge and experience was so professional. Amazing is all I can say. Toby you have given us to much of your time. You gave us your word when our first sale fell through. You said you'll get our house sold in a few weeks.. You did it in a week. You have been a rock throughout our sale. In my ups and downs. You gave me the strength to stick with you. Today is the ending results..We've exchange. Toby I'm going to miss you. Your kindness just shines. You are the the heart of Sydenham KFH. Toby you are an absolute legend. Your an excellent sales person. You have the skills to be a supporting manager to lead and guide a team.. Experience as you have doesn't come from a classroom. We recently bought a property sold by Anca Daian from KFH Sydenham branch. Anca was incredibly professional, efficient and she really cared about getting things done. Almost everything went wrong along the way, from incompetent solicitors to an unexpected reposession of the property we were trying to buy. Anca remained calm throughout and literally saved the day for everyone. With Anca you can feel confident that you are getting good advice from a dependable and competent professional. Buying and selling property in London can be a nightmare, the estate agent you are dealing with makes all the difference. We are delighted, not to mention relieved, to now be in a position to move into our new flat and I don't think I would be writing those words without Anca.

I had the pleasure of recently buying a flat through KFH. From start to finish, the process was as smooth, efficient, as could realistically could be expected from a property transaction, and this was largely thanks to the amazing support provided our agent Rose-Mei. She had great knowledge of the property, and showed real commitment to ensuring everything ran seamlessly, which made all the difference given the tight timelines involved, and the level of stress they could have caused! She (and KFH in general when she was unavailable) was always quick to respond to any queries, with a warm but professional manner that made the journey all that much easier.

This was my first time buying a property, and with several chains above, it certainly wasn’t straightforward. The whole process took around six months and came with its fair share of obstacles. But throughout it all, my agent Rosie was incredibly supportive—always there to tackle issues and keep things moving. Thanks to her persistence and help, everything finally came together in the end! Couldn’t be more grateful.

Toby has been an absolute champ throughout a long and complicated purchase process (this wasn't in KFH's control). He was honest, organised, and available, and I would have no reservations at all in recommending him to anyone wanting to sell their property. I chose KFH because the original agent seemed realistic and was very clear and flexible. My sale and onward purchase took a year (!) but my KFH agent Rose-Mei was amazing and really lovely, even managing to sell my flat again within less than a week when the original buyers pulled out! I absolutely do think they earned their fee and I never felt like they took my sale any less seriously even though it was comparatively low value. Would really recommend.

Kerri, Molly and the team provided a stellar service over the last couple of weeks to help me let my flat. They were excellent communicators, had great ideas for how to encourage viewings and explained all fees and processes clearly so I didn’t feel like I was being charged unnecessarily or misunderstand costs. Within 24 hours they had photos and viewings, and within 3 days they had 7 viewings at the flat. I am so impressed with the speed and professionalism with which they worked and will come back to them if I am in the market again.

Mollykate was helpful and friendly from start to finish. She went out her way to make sure we had all the relevant information regarding our property and that it was a smooth and easy process.

It was great to work with KFH Sydenham branch for our purchase. The sales manager, Toby was really supportive and a great communicator. It took longer than expect due to the solicitors delay but KFH managed and handled the situation really well with the vendor and finally the purchase was completed.
