Brilliant service from start to finish. As first time buyers we needed a little extra guidance and had some issues with our solicitors. When we realised we needed to move pretty swiftly before Christmas having just given birth, in October 24 we set KFH a task to sell our flat very quickly and they gave us huge confidence that this could be achieved. They ended up finding our buyers who put in an offer that we accepted within a week of the property going on the market and we exchanged 2 months later just before Christmas. Tom and Callum at the Streatham branch were an absolute joy to deal with for the entire process and we were very grateful for their professionalism, advice, and efficiency as well as their kind, friendly and calming nature.
