My partner and I finalised moving into our flat at the beginning of this month and Edmund has been a great help from the beginning. Edmund has been highly responsive to my emails, arranged 2nd viewing quickly when requested and ensured the communication with the landlord has been smooth. On top of it, he is such a genuine and lovely gentleman. We are very happy with the service we received!

I feel fortunate to have visited KFH Kennington, where I met Darren Tait. Darren gave us a very comprehensive overview of the company and how they could assist with my flat sale. It was a fairly long complex process due to 3rd parties, but both Darren and Priyesh remained diplomatic and professional throughout, and until we completed. I would unreservedly recommend them, they are true professionals with a world of knowledge!

Darren has been great from the beginning. Reliable, professional, always reachable and responds quickly. We had some areas to negotiate around charges and he and KFH were far more open to this than their local competitors and we reached an agreement I was more than happy with. So these guys are not only good value, but also good service. Tensions can run high during a sale/purchase process when dealing with delay and frustrating disparity between various solicitors (avoid automated conveyance at all costs - our buyers used one of these cheaper options and it was deeply frustrating with no human to contact). It was Darren who held his nerve and was patient and calm (when I wasn’t) and he navigated this brilliantly, helped the young first-time buyers find a solution and broke the deadlock. I will be forever grateful as it could have gone on much longer were it not for Darren’s skill, patience and good judgment. He is a real asset and always had a smile, calm demeanour and good humour even at the high pressure moments. Thank you Darren and KFH. Highly recommended.

Ben has been a consistently calm negotiator throughout our dealings with KFH . He quickly built a relaxed rapport with us all and navigated some difficult conversations with empathy and understanding . He paid close attention to our worries despite having heard them many times before and showed no judgement over what must have seemed trivial issues at times . His communication skills are clearly outstanding . He conveyed messages clearly , quickly and concisely which I am sure enabled swift progress in the process , especially within the final week . His written skills were also effective and logical always sent within quick responses to events .Overall, a person to be highly recommended . Darren was also a key player in our sale and has been instrumental in our sale completing .

Ben is without doubt the best Estate Agent we’ve ever worked with (and we’re quite old so there’s been a few!) From my first online enquiry one evening, Ben contacted me immediately the next morning (that was a rare thing in itself, we’d been looking for a while!) and offered to take me round a flat I was interested in and show me a couple of other places while we’re at it. We found our flat that day, (not the one I’d originally seen) During the buying process Ben was there, on call, nudging everyone along gently but surely and dealing with us very stressed buyers/sellers and all the surveyors and solicitors, with incredible patience and kindness. Really great experience from start to finish with KFH, Paul Bent and Natalia were fantastic. My house was under offer 5 days after going on Rightmove. Would definitely recommend as estate agents, they felt very honest and were easy to communicate with.
