It's probably unusual to leave such a positive review as the buyer of a property from KFH (since they were representing the sellers and not me) but Matt did such a brilliant job from viewing to completion and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. He really went the extra mile to keep me informed and happy and also helped move things along whenever anything seemed to be stuck (the freehold is owned separately and took quite a bit of chasing). I imagine the sellers were really pleased with his service too. Huge thank you Matt, me and the dog are settled in our new home and are so grateful for your help and for keeping momentum on the sale for both parties!

Crystal Palace Branch, London SE19 dealt with the sale very efficiently, liaising with us as the client and brought the matter to an unusually swift and successful conclusion.

In reference to the KFH Crystal Palace branch. Before dealing with KFH, we had already had very bad experiences with other local agents when looking to buy our first property. Therefore, from the off it was incredibly refreshing to deal with KFH Crystal Palace. All members of staff which we engaged with were incredibly professional, proactive and diligent. We want to give specific shoutouts to Lewis James and Nick Reeves. Lewis was clearly very experienced when supporting us with negotiating the purchase price with the seller, and was always contactable to speak through our position. Nick led our viewing of the property that we ultimately purchased. Straight away it was clear he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer almost all of our queries (and we asked A LOT of questions). For the ones he couldn't answer, he actually followed up (other agents said they would but never did) with us the next day, having clarified with the sellers. He was incredibly thorough and proactive, often preempting our questions as buyers and contacting the sellers accordingly to clarify any outstanding points. What we really valued was Nick's regular calls and mails updating us of the sellers position and progress, helping avoid stress in what can be a very stressful process. A huge special thank you Nick for your support throughout the process, we really appreciate it. We also wanted to mention Dwayne Whyte, who we viewed many properties with earlier on in our search. Dwayne was incredible helpful and he ensured we were also the first to hear about properties that actually met our criteria (can't be said about other agents!).
