I had such a positive experience with Mugiusha throughout my rental process. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and accommodating - especially given my unpredictable hours as a social worker. She even waited for me to bring my documents almost at closing (lol, sorry!) which I really appreciated. Renting on my own again after a long time brought some anxiety, but Mugiusha put me at ease and made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Ameer, Marcus and Co was fantastic in helping us getting over the line in selling our flat at Canada Water. They went beyond and above to achieve the best price and on time prior to the increase in stamp duty. We would definitely use them again if the circumstance arises.

My experience with the agency was overall very good. Working with Muguisha was especially great, she maintained open communication throughout the process and truly ensured I secured the apartment I wanted. A1 service from her! The only downside was some time management issues with another staff member during the viewing and key handover (not Muguisha’s fault). Overall, a positive experience I’d definitely work with them again.

The KFH Team recently sold my house in Canada Water. The service received was very professional and excellent throughout the process.
