I have used KFH for the last 6 years or so and they have always been helpful and responsive. This time around I have been working closely with Shyanne and she has been absolutely amazing. She has really gone above and beyond to get new tenants into my property and ensure everything has been in place. The service from Shyanne has really been outstanding, more than words can say. We've used KFH for our home sale twice now and both times they did a great job. Our thanks go to Linda - she did a great job, showing excellent knowledge of the local housing market, staying on top of things, and navigating what can be a stressful time with calm attentiveness. We had our flat valued by Jimmy Carr (branch manager) during the summer of 2024. He was respectful, friendly and complimentary of our home. He valued our flat perfectly and we found a buyer quickly. It was comforting to know that KFH clearly have good staff retention as the same names and faces were still working at the Wimbledon Branch when we came to sell in 2024. They provided help on legal and practical matters and prepared all the contractual documents for us to study on the KFH Portal. The handover to the new tenants went without any problems, KFH receives the rent from the tenants on the scheduled date and pays it straight into our bank account
