We had friendly agents, and they did numerous viewings to sell our house. At times we felt pressured to sell, at times we lost hope. Eventually we had an excellent offer but there was v little time to clear and nearly 3 months between the two completion dates.

All the staff at KFH Muswell Hill were great, but Charlotte Smith the sales person who dealt with our sale was so professional and attentive to our needs managing to get us over £100k more than the asking price. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.
