Mel was fantastic throughout, she stayed on top of everything, kept us informed at every step and made sure to chase up any outstanding matters so that everything worked out for us. A big thank you also to Edgar, who was very patient and showed us many properties before we finalised our purchase. We really appreciate their professionalism and support and would highly recommend KFH (and the team in particular) to anyone buying a home.

While I didn't end up renting through KFH, I had a wonderful experience with Micah Roye. He was enthusiastic, patient and provided great follow up. I had a lot of questions, both as a new-to-the-UK renter, and about features of the property. He liaised with the landlord to get questions answered, didn't put any pressure on but at the same time did follow up. I would definitely recommend working with Micah!
