Ben is without doubt the best Estate Agent we’ve ever worked with (and we’re quite old so there’s been a few!) From my first online enquiry one evening, Ben contacted me immediately the next morning (that was a rare thing in itself, we’d been looking for a while!) and offered to take me round a flat I was interested in and show me a couple of other places while we’re at it. We found our flat that day, (not the one I’d originally seen) During the buying process Ben was there, on call, nudging everyone along gently but surely and dealing with us very stressed buyers/sellers and all the surveyors and solicitors, with incredible patience and kindness.
