I recently bought my first flat through KFH, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Pervin was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She constantly kept in touch, clearly explained each step, and always picked up the phone whenever I had questions — which really helped as a first-time buyer. She kept me updated on everything that was happening with the seller and made sure I always knew what to expect next. On completion day, she even waited in a café until 7pm just to personally hand me the keys The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free thanks to her. I’m really grateful for all her help and would highly recommend Pervin and KFH to anyone looking to buy a property.

Nicole was incredible to work with as we looked for a flat while we were overseas. She was thoughtful of our needs and went above and beyond to make the process as seamless as possible. We have a few hiccups initially when we moved into the flat but both Nicole and Visar went above and beyond (quite literally outside of their responsibilities) to help us resolve everything and get us settled in as quickly as possible.

We had the privilege of having Nicole Mason-Bartlett as our agent and she worked diligently with us to secure our new home. She is a pleasure to deal with and made life very easy for us. Pervin and the whole team at KFH Islington were brilliant through the whole sale process. It was quite challenging for me as I have never sold a property before. But with Pervin's professionalism and support, the whole process went extremely smoothly. She was always on hand to support and advise and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend KFH if you are thinking of selling a property. Before I sold my property i had rented it out for many years with the help of KFH Islington lettings department who were also extremely helpful and supportive. Visar and Khadijah gave me all the back-up and support I needed to ensure the property was continually let and any maintenance problems were quickly dealt with.

My partner and I bought flat in Islington through KFH in Islington in the summer/autumn of 2025. After a failed first attempt at buying with a different estate agent in the area, dealing with Pervin was a dream. The other estate agent was very much what you'd expect; pushy, condescending, and borderline aggressive – Pervin was non of those things. Throughout the entire process, from viewing and having the offer accepted to exchange and completion, she was an absolute dream to deal with. She was so supportive and helpful, and always happy to have a call or promptly answering emails. As first time buyers, this was an incredible reassurance and we both greatly valued all that she did to make sure our purchase went through as smoothly as possible. In the stress that is house buying in the UK, Pervin help make the experience manageable and helped us move forward when the process were stalling with solicitors. Huge thanks to Pervin, we would definitely consider using her and KFH in the future when and if we decide to sell!

KFH is not a cheap rental agency but they perform an excellent service. I have been using them for 10 years now and I've never had any issue with tenants. They are also excellent at looking after all the details and pointless bureaucracy that the government forces on us
