I recently moved to my new apartment with KFH and I must say they are super professional in this. Especially my Lettings negotiator Eleanor’s work is commendable. From start to finish she did everything she could to ease the process. We were facing different challenges but they understood us and helped us through out. And the property is worth all the wait. Very pleased with my experience! The customer service was amazing. I had Lucy help me during my move process and she was very polite and explained everything me and my partner needed to know and would always reply to any further questions I had by phone and email. I viewed the property on the Thursday and got a call the same week on Saturday to say it was good to go ahead and got moved in the following Saturday. Such a quick process with support along the way. Fantastic service from start to finish. Had my tenancy transferred from another local Lettings Agent and the difference has been a breath of fresh air. The Chislehurst branch has a very impressive senior person, capable junior staff and efficient admin people.Good advice given and excellent negotiation skills. Very easily contactable in the office and will email updates if easier to use at work etc. They even gave out a mobile number for direct access when not in the office - but I never needed this. They delivered on their promise to sell our property at a reasonable price in a reasonable timescale. Would highly recommend to sellers.
