Kevin from KFH was so helpful, it was the first time renting in london where i felt like an estate agent genuinely cared if we found a nice place to live, and supported us in getting a strong application to the landlord. She’s really led this process, often managing multiple groups (including agents from other properties in the chain), and I’m unsure our purchase would have happened at this speed without her. Another factor which helped was that she was our main point of contact throughout the entire purchase cycle — unlike some other agents where files are passed on to sales progressors which can create risk.
