The incredible patience of Rossen. There were problems with the LPE1 form. The Company Sec was terribly slow in filling out the details of the freehold. It was endless and I thought I would lose the client. Rossen managed to hold onto her. He was helpful and kept calm, though it was the longest sale he ever had and at times really annoying.I am full of admiration for him and extremely grateful for his guidance. KFH are extremely professional and I certainly recommend them.
