Lee co-founded the company in 1977 and has since overseen its growth and development from a specialist property management agency to one of London’s largest, independently owned property services groups.

The Group’s services include residential sales and lettings, land and new homes, financial services, block and estate management, professional services and commercial property.

As chair of the main board, Lee works closely with the senior management team to develop and implement the business’s growth strategy.

Paul has worked in the property sector for most of his career and has worked both agency and client-side in marketing and new build. He sits on the main board for the group and has a wide ranging remit across KFH.

Robin joined the company in November 2009 as managing director of the wholly owned subsidiary company KFH Chartered Surveyors, incorporating the Group’s professional services division. In 2015 he was appointed as executive director of Kinleigh Financial Services and in 2017 appointed Managing Director Professional Services.

KFH Chartered Surveyors is appointed to the majority of UK banks and building societies and works closely with all the KFH divisions.

Paul joined the company in 1995 and was appointed to the board of directors in 1998. He also sits on the board of KFH Chartered Surveyors.

Paul is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and is company secretary to all the companies within the group.

Richard joined KFH in 1998 and is the Managing Director of the Block and Portfolio Management Division. He specialises in both residential and mixed use management, liaising with and advising house builders, housing associations, property investors, along with resident management and right to manage companies. Richard also sits on the main Board of ARMA, the Association of Residential Managing Agents, along with the ARMA Finance and Conference committee.

Carol leads the lettings division and is the director responsible for all residential lettings branches across the KFH network. In addition, Carol is responsible for leading the property and tenancy management department as well as compliance. Carol leads the lettings senior management team in providing end-to-end lettings services to medium and large-scale PRS portfolio landlords and estates.

Anna is responsible for transformation and growth strategy across innovation, technology, marketing and communications for the KFH Group. Anna’s role is focussed on bringing together solutions to optimise go-to-market strategy, internal and external programmes and enhancement of customer and client experience to achieve commercial and strategic goals. She has previously worked across a wide range of sectors including retail, automotive and FMCG, both agency and client side before joining KFH in 2012.

John heads up the Land and New Homes division and works closely with developers. He provides expert advice to assist with development site acquisitions, pricing of the new units, specification, local market conditions and demands as well as overall marketing strategies to ensure that their new homes are sold effectively and for the best possible price.

In addition he liaises with our local sales offices and the New Homes sales team to ensure that each client is fully supported from our entire sales network.

John has worked in the property industry for over 30 years, he took over the role of New Homes Director at the end of 2009, bringing with him land expertise and rebranding the division as Land and New Homes. As the business has continued to expand he opened a second Land and New Homes office in South East London at the start of 2013.

Lynne has worked in the surveying sector for over 30 years, and joined KFH in 2003. Lynne was appointed to the Board of KFH Chartered Surveyors in 2011 and overseas the running of KFH’s team of surveyors as well as managing relations with KFH’s panel of lenders and forging links with the UK’s biggest banks and building societies.

Robert joined the Muswell Hill branch of KFH in 1991. His progression through the sales division led to promotion to regional director before being appointed as a sales director and a main board member in 2016.

Duncan joined KFH in 2005 as a lettings manager. After growing two branches into market leaders, he progressed to regional lettings director for central London, overseeing the strategic direction and leadership of nine branches as well as the corporate services department.

Richard provides expert advice on all aspects of buying and selling commercial property, and all related professional work, including valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals.

In addition he advises clients looking to buy or sell commercial and mixed use development opportunities.

Richard joined Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in 1986, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in March 1992. He founded our Commercial Department in 1990, and since 2006 has also managed the Commercial Land Department.
