We run courses every month delivered by our in house training team, invited industry experts and external consultants.
When you start your property job with us, you will have an introduction into our culture and our expectations. Following this there are courses to enhance and develop your skills and knowledge, including professional development training, compliance and IT skills, which will help you to fulfil your potential.
For our senior staff across the company, you will be invited to the Management Development Programme (MDP) – a programme run over six months which covers all aspects of business and people management to help develop your property career, culminating in a presentation to a number of directors.
