Volunteering for London Youth: Flag football tournament

Recently, Jesse Damon (Crystal Palace Lettings Branch Director), Tyler Krieger-Dyer (Notting Hill Branch Coordinator), Shanarra Nicholas (Tenancy Progression Administrator), Jan Kurek (Lettings Property Manager) and Jamie Dedman Barclay (Senior Lettings Property Manager) all volunteered at a flag football tournament hosted by London Youth.
Our people helped facilitate the flag football matches by joining in with skills demonstrations, leading teams, refereeing and helping to run the overall event by assisting with registration, refreshments and more.
More than 70 young people, aged 12 - 19, attended the event which was held at Merky FC in Croydon. Efe Obada, Washington Commanders defensive end, also attended the event, much to the excitement of the youth (and KFH employees!)
Tyler commented: "It was such a great day interacting with the young people. The energy of the participants, the blue skies and the sense of community made it an unforgettable day. It's events like these that remind us about the hard work London Youth is doing to make a difference to young people across the Capital."
