Perimenopause and menopause awareness panel

At KFH we are committed to promoting positive wellbeing and creating an inclusive working environment. Last week Lucinda Pincott, Menopause Awareness Advocate, joined us for a virtual menopause awareness panel to help educate our people and create awareness around the topic.

Lucinda was joined by Kelly Wicks, Technical Director at KFH, who is championing the growth of our work around menopause and acts as a sponsor to demonstrate senior level commitment and support for future initiatives.
