Celebrating 45 years of KFH

When KFH stated back in 1977, James Callaghan was the Prime Minister, the Queen celebrated her Silver Jubilee and the average London house price was just £13,180.

That year, we opened our doors as a property management company in Brixton. We had one employee (Lee Watts) and produced a profit of £138. Four decades later we have more than 60 branches across the Capital, ten successful business divisions, over 900 employees and sell more homes across London than any other agent.

Lee Watts, Managing Director of KFH, recently opened his box of KFH memorabilia and thought we would like a quick trip down memory lane. You can see some blasts from the past below.
