Following a thorough risk assessment and the implementation of new procedures, we have reopened our sales and lettings branch network.
For now, there will be reduced numbers of employees based in our branches, supported by additional home based teams. To help us maintain a safe work environment, we ask that you please make an appointment ahead of visiting our branches.
As has been the case throughout this whole crisis, all of our services are fully operational and can be contacted through our normal channels.
Our priority through this situation has been the safety and wellbeing of our employees, clients and customers, and this is more important than ever. We have issued a number of company policies to reduce risk to the lowest reasonable and practicable level. These will be shared with you at the appropriate stages of your engagement with us and we ask that you please adhere to these policies for your safety and that of our employees.
