We had a maisonette with a short lease- so couldn't be mortgaged and not easy to sell. Branch Director Chris Taylor, took on the challenge and guided us through the process with professionalism and excellent communication throughout. His support team were also excellent and handled the all the viewings as we were remote from the property. As expected, it took a fair time and several failed negotiations, but Chris and his team persevered and eventually achieved a very good price for the property. Their fees were also very reasonable considering the long period they had to work to sell the property. Overall we were extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend KFH, Chris and his team.

Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about every property she showed us.. from layouts and leasehold details to the nuances of each neighbourhood.. but she came fully prepared with answers to questions we hadn’t even thought to ask yet. She showed us around several places, always punctual, always professional, and yet never pushy, just genuinely helpful, personable, and really easy to talk to. You can tell she knows her portfolio inside out and actually cares about matching people to the right home, not just closing a deal. What really stood out was the way she struck a perfect balance between being warm and relatable while also clearly being on top of her game. In an industry where that’s surprisingly rare, she really sets the bar. If you get the chance to work with Tianna.. take it. She made what’s usually a stressful process feel informed, efficient, and actually enjoyable.

I have just sold my flat in Ealing with KFH Ealing and I can genuinely say they are are by far the best estate agent I have ever worked with! Chris and his team efficiently and quickly put the flat on sale and within 2 weeks I had 5 good offers on the flat. Chris's advice throughout the process has been invaluable - he suggested that I went to a closed bid and this meant I received a good offer from a strong buyer. He has helped us navigate the inevitable ups and downs of buying/selling a property and has been a clear and helpful communicator throughout the process making sure both myself and the buyer were aligned and updated. The property went on the market in early February and we have completed in early May. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. Thank you for a job very well done.

Very good service from KF&H.... we phoned them around 1.30pm to ask if we could view a flat, and it was booked for 2.45pm, after we'd viewed another flat through a different agent. This was great since we'd come from Kent. Tianna Richards came to meet us at the agreed time and had brought details of three other flats which we went on to view straight away with her. She was very polite, knowledgeable about the area and professional, and phoned us the following day with answers to queries that had to be checked out with sellers. All in all, a very positive experience and we will carry on using KF&H until we find a suitable property, hopefully very soon.

I cannot recommend the Ealing branch of Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward highly enough! Martin and Chris were so helpful. The sale was complicated, as it was the result of a sudden death in my family. I do not live in London, but that didn’t matter. They were in touch on a regular basis and we were selling the flat during the cost of living crisis, which made things really difficult. Martin and Chris are an example of how all estate agents should be and proof that not all estate agents are untrustworthy. Thank you.
