At KFH we are looking for a talent acquisition partner to join our Talent Acquisition team.

What’s the role?

• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers by phone, email and face-to-face maintaining company standards.
• Source candidates directly including through job portals and headhunting.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders.
• Organise interviews with all parties.
• Provide high levels of customer service.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement.
