At KFH we are looking for a Safety Compliance Team Manager to join our Property Management team in Wimbledon.

What’s the role?

As Safety Compliance Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of six consultants to ensure all landlord safety obligations across our property portfolio are fully compliant with legislation and internal standards.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing statutory safety certifications (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, smoke and CO alarms) and ensuring timely renewals
  • Leading pre-tenancy audits to confirm compliance before move-in
  • Driving continuous improvement and producing compliance performance reports for senior management
  • Collaborating with contractors and internal teams to maintain high standards and accurate documentation

What can you bring to the role?

  • Strong understanding of residential property compliance legislation and safety requirements – essential for maintaining our reputation and legal obligations.
  • Proven experience managing a compliance or property operations team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Confident communication skills to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Proficiency in property management software such as Reapit & FixFlo is preferred.
  • (ARLA or similar property qualification is desirable.)
