HR Business Partner

At KFH we are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Wimbledon.

What’s the role?

As a HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting our managers and employees across the business by providing expert advice on employee relations, performance, and change management. You’ll work closely with the Head of HR to deliver a best-in-class HR service, ensuring consistency, compliance, and a people-first approach.

Key tasks will involve:

• Advising managers on a range of HR issues including performance, conduct, sickness, and family leave.
• Supporting formal processes such as disciplinary, grievance, and capability procedures.
• Partnering with senior leaders on people matters and change initiatives including restructures and TUPE.
• Providing guidance to employees on HR policies and supporting the HR admin team with onboarding and documentation.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practice.

What can you bring to the role?

• A strong background in HR, ideally within a multi-site, customer-focused environment such as property, retail, or hospitality. 
• Proven experience managing employee relations issues and advising on complex HR matters. 
• Excellent communication and influencing skills – you’ll be a trusted partner to managers and employees alike. 
• CIPD qualification Level 5+ and a solid understanding of UK employment law. 
• A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
