My official journey with KFH began on 4 September 2023, driven by a clear ambition to grow and succeed in a dynamic industry. From the outset, I was welcomed by an exceptional team who not only helped refine my skills but also coached me through the fast-paced challenges of the property sector. What attracted me to KFH was its standing as a respected and high-performing property services group within the London market. The promise of meaningful career progression, a genuinely inclusive workplace culture, and robust incentive schemes made it a natural choice.
What sets KFH apart is its genuine investment in people. The company’s commitment to development is evident through its structured training programs and comprehensive support system, both of which have played a crucial role in building my confidence and competence in the field
Achieving a promotion in just 17 months has been incredibly rewarding. It’s a reflection of consistent results—high call volumes that drive deals, new business wins, and strong contributions to brand awareness. A key part of this growth was having the right leadership. I’ve been fortunate to work under a manager who provided outstanding mentorship, guiding me through effective time management, prioritisation, and performance delivery.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most driven and supportive colleagues. Their encouragement, collaboration, and shared knowledge have been invaluable to my development.
Highlights from my first year at KFH include:
- Being recognised for the most staff enrolment referrals company-wide.
- Helping our office hit £1 million in sales, which earned our team a memorable incentive trip.
- Winning a Q1 incentive competition (for business generation and brand awareness in the SW region—an honour that led to an exciting day out with fellow top performers.)
A special thank you to Jamie Graham, my Branch Director and mentor. His mentorship has been instrumental, offering both strategic guidance and unwavering support. His bespoke 12 week development plan not only accelerated my career growth but also contributed significantly to my personal development. I’m deeply grateful for his trust and leadership.
As I step into this new chapter, I’m filled with anticipation for what’s ahead. I look forward to continuing to make an impact, learning from the best, and contributing to KFH’s ongoing success.
