BTR - Senior Relationship Manager

At KFH we are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to join our Build to Rent team in Wimbledon.

What’s the role?

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you’ll lead the onsite relationship management function, ensuring properties are maintained, compliant, and meet client KPIs. You’ll oversee onboarding, defect management, inspections, and tenant engagement. You’ll also provide KPI data to leadership and support the development of community initiatives, acting as a key ambassador for the Simple Life London brand.

What can you bring to the role?

• A successful track record in property management or build to rent operations.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience managing third-party contractors and resolving complex tenant issues.
• NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to inspire your team.
