The sales and conveyancing process was seamless, communication between seller, buyer and solicitors went very smoothly. Would I recommend KFH and the team in Streatham to other sellers, yes absolutely!

Great experience with Caitlin to organise viewing tours quickly and efficiently - also able to add the right properties to the tours based on my requirements. Also Caitlin was able to respond quickly to detailed questions about the property when asked in person or by email. Although I didn't pursue a purchase with KFH, would recommend based on experience with Caitlin and the selection of properties with good value.

Callum and his colleagues were very helpful during our extremly long purchase process. They managed it well and were generous with their time, allowing us the view the property multiple times.

When we realised we needed to move pretty swiftly before Christmas having just given birth, in October 24 we set KFH a task to sell our flat very quickly and they gave us huge confidence that this could be achieved. They ended up finding our buyers who put in an offer that we accepted within a week of the property going on the market and we exchanged 2 months later just before Christmas. Tom and Callum at the Streatham branch were an absolute joy to deal with for the entire process and we were very grateful for their professionalism, advice, and efficiency as well as their kind, friendly and calming nature. We would not hesitate to recommend KFH to anyone looking to sell in London.
