We saw many properties with KFH around Streatham. Ultimately, ended up purchasing in a different neighbourhood but for anyone looking in Streatham, I would highly recommend Callum - he did a great job of listening to what we said we wanted, communication was excellent, and he was very organized with all parts of our search process.

We've just had our offer accepted on a property sold by KFH Streatham and Mitch has been fantastic - extremely professional, friendly and proactive. Communication has been excellent, all our queries and doubts have been addressed promptly and we've been kept in the loop at all times. Tom from the Streatham office was by far the most upfront on honest agent I dealt with when looking to sell my property. Other agents that I met came in with wild figures with nothing to back it up while Tom came in with the most honest valuation but with evidence to back it up. Due to my circumstances I couldn’t proceed with the sale but I couldn’t recommend Tom highly enough for anyone that does want to move ahead.

They ended up finding our buyers who put in an offer that we accepted within a week of the property going on the market and we exchanged 2 months later just before Christmas.
