Outstanding Service – Professional, Supportive, and Highly Recommended We recently worked with KFH to market our home in Chislehurst and we cannot speak highly enough of the experience and the team involved. From the very beginning, Susan, the branch director, demonstrated exceptional leadership, clarity, and professionalism. Her honest advice, strategic thinking, and warmth made us feel fully supported at every step. Alongside her, Deana was equally outstanding — always available, proactive, and genuinely committed to doing the best for us. Both brought not only experience, but a human touch that made the process feel much less stressful. Everyone we came across excel in customer service but what stood out most was their consistent communication, integrity, and the level of care shown throughout. We'd chosen a different agent at first, but were unhappy with their valuation, so decided to go with KFH instead who said they had buyers on their books they could call before our sale went 'live'. They called the next day and said there was a couple who wanted to view. The viewing took place the following day and an offer the day after. We have just exchanged contracts at the price we'd hoped for. Everything was very professional, very friendly and was not in any way a problem for KFH. Our opinion, don't look anywhere else.

The Chislehurst branch has a very impressive senior person, capable junior staff and efficient admin people.Good advice given and excellent negotiation skills. Very easily contactable in the office and will email updates if easier to use at work etc. They even gave out a mobile number for direct access when not in the office - but I never needed this. They delivered on their promise to sell our property at a reasonable price in a reasonable timescale. Would highly recommend to sellers.
