Lee Watts

Managing Director

Lee co-founded the company in 1977 and has since overseen its growth and development from a specialist property management agency to one of London’s largest, independently owned property services groups.

The Group’s services include residential sales and lettings, land and new homes, financial services, block and estate management, professional services and commercial property.

As chair of the main board, Lee works closely with the senior management team to develop and implement the business’s growth strategy.

Paul Masters

Group Operations Director

Paul has been with KFH since early 2001 and is a main board director. He has a wide ranging remit across the company.

In addition to his contribution at board level, he is responsible for:

  • Marketing and communications
  • IT
  • HR and recruitment
  • Training and development
  • Londonwide Conveyancing (LWC)
  • Land and New Homes
  • Group business development

Paul also sits on the board of, the property portal that launched in January 2015.

Paul Allerton

Group Finance Director

Paul joined the company in 1995 and was appointed to the board of directors in 1998. He also sits on the board of KFH Chartered Surveyors.

Paul is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and is company secretary to all the companies within the group.

His main responsibilities are:

  • Group finance
  • Treasury
  • Client accounts compliance
  • Payroll
  • Fleet
  • Facilities
  • Risk management

Robin Johnson

Director of Surveying, Financial and Professional Services

Robin joined the company in November 2009 as managing director of the wholly owned subsidiary company KFH Chartered Surveyors, incorporating the Group’s professional services division. In 2015 he was appointed as executive director of Kinleigh Financial Services and in 2017 appointed Managing Director Professional Services.

His responsibilities include:

  • KFH Chartered Surveyors
  • Block and Estate Management
  • Kinleigh Financial Services

KFH Chartered Surveyors is appointed to the majority of UK banks and building societies and works closely with all the KFH divisions.

Carol Pawsey

Group Lettings Director

Carol has been with KFH since 2004. She oversees the lettings division and is the director responsible for:

  • All residential lettings branches across the KFH network
  • Tenant and landlord accounts department
  • Tenancy renewals department
  • Property management department
  • Compliance within the lettings department
  • Supporting all parts of KFH with referral business

Lisa MacKenzie

Sales Director

Lisa joined KFH in 1987 as one of the company’s first sales negotiators. Her career has progressed through the sales division and Lisa was appointed regional director in 2003. She is one of three sales directors appointed to the main board in 2016. Lisa is responsible for:

  • All sales offices in South West London
  • Recruitment and development of sales teams
  • Driving exceptional customer service standards across the sales division
  • Joint responsibility for the sales division’s business strategy and fiscal planning
  • Deputy money laundering officer for KFH

Robert McLaughlin

Sales Director

Robert joined the Muswell Hill branch of KFH in 1991. His progression through the sales division led to promotion to regional director before being appointed as one of three sales directors and a main board member in 2016. His responsibilities include:

  • All sales offices in North, West and Central London
  • Strategic planning for company growth
  • Recruitment and development of sales teams
  • Joint responsibility for the sales division’s business strategy and fiscal planning
  • Money laundering officer for KFH

Julian Peak

Sales Director

Julian joined KFH in 2001 as sales manager of the Bromley branch. Following his progression to regional director, in 2016 Julian was appointed as one of three sales directors and a member of the main board. He is responsible for:

  • All sales offices in South East London and North Kent
  • Sales training and development
  • Setting company compliance standards
  • Joint responsibility for the sales division’s business strategy and fiscal planning
  • Compliance officer for all estate agency related regulations and legislation

Anna Macleod

Marketing Director

Anna is the director responsible for the marketing and communications strategy and delivery across the KFH Group. She has previously worked across a wide range of sectors including retail, automotive and FMCG, both agency and client side before joining KFH in 2012.

Her responsibilities include:

  • Brand
  • Digital
  • Media
  • Integrated marketing
  • PR and communications
  • Design and production
  • CRM and data

Heather Jarrett

Learning and Development Director

Heather has been with KFH since 2004. During this time she has built up a comprehensive learning and development infrastructure focused on the support and growth of talent within the KFH Group. 

Her key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the learning and development strategy and solutions support and enable the KFH business plan
  • Supporting the development of a high performance culture and continuous improvement in the workplace
  • Working alongside the KFH senior leadership team to:
    • Build management and leadership capability
    • Drive sales performance
    • Grow and develop talent within the business 
    • Embed best practice throughout the KFH Group
