KFH celebrates success at awards evening

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, one of London’s largest independent estate agents, celebrated the success of 2012 with a glittering awards evening held at The Brewery, EC1Y, London, on Friday the 25th of January 2013.
Over 550 KFH staff attended the black tie event which began with a conference outlining the year’s star performers and upcoming company initiatives for the year ahead. Hosting the evening and providing the entertainment was renowned comedian and actor, Jack Whitehall.
The evening recognized and rewarded the highest achievers across all of Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward’s business divisions including sales, lettings, financial services, professional services, block management and commercial property services. Key announcements on the evening included details of the group’s expansion plan which involves opening an additional twenty branches in the next five years. Also key to 2013 will be the development and growth of non-sales related services and the group’s digital offering.

Despite the downturn and somewhat restrained property market in comparison with a few years ago, we surpassed all of our targets for the year and were responsible for almost one in every ten sales across the 12 London boroughs within which we operate.”
