At KFH we are looking for a block management regional manager to join our Block Management team in Wimbledon.

Do you have experience in a Block Property Management position as a Manager or similar? Are you a great people leader with experience in coaching and training? MTPI Accreditation is essential for this role, maintaining the required CPD. Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? You will report in to our Divisional Director.

Responsibilities of a regional manager include:

  • Review, and adjust as necessary, the productivity and performance of the department, ensuring KPIs continue to be met and customer service standards are maintained
  • Work together with the Divisional Director to review and implement department policies, KPIs and standards to ensure the efficient operation of the division
  • Handle escalations of problems/complaints and resolve them in line with the relevant management agreement, complaints procedure or company policy
  • Responsible for block management of a small portfolio or as team cover
  • Schedule and undertake inspections to ensure properties are maintained in a safe and satisfactory condition and in line with agreed maintenance schedules
  • Report to clients on the findings of inspections, agreeing and actioning relevant works on a timely basis
  • Request quotes and organise routine maintenance or major works to ensure contractual requirements are met
