John East

Land and New Homes Director

John heads up the Land and New Homes division and works closely with developers. He provides expert advice to assist with development site acquisitions, pricing of the new units, specification, local market conditions and demands as well as overall marketing strategies to ensure that their new homes are sold effectively and for the best possible price.

In addition he liaises with our local sales offices and the New Homes sales team to ensure that each client is fully supported from our entire sales network.

John has worked in the property industry for over 30 years, he took over the role of New Homes Director at the end of 2009, bringing with him land expertise and rebranding the division as Land and New Homes. As the business has continued to expand he opened a second Land and New Homes office in South East London at the start of 2013.

Ben Tett

Head of Development Consultancy

Ben joined KFH in the Land and New Homes division in 2005 and heads up the residential development team working closely with developers, investors and house builders. He provides expert knowledge and advice on all aspects of site acquisition, planning, development, marketing and sales.

Ben brings with him a wealth of development experience having worked on many of London’s landmark schemes over the last 15 years. He has a broad client base which includes national house builders, commercial land owners and investment houses, as well as numerous small and medium sized developers.

As the business has grown, Ben’s Residential Development Team has expanded across a range of disciplines, providing an end to end service to our clients to help source and acquire sites and bring their developments successfully to market.

Tony O'Neill

New Homes Sales Manager - South East London and North Kent Region

As well as overseeing the South East London and North Kent New Homes Sales Team, Tony advises developers on all aspects of schemes they may be looking to buy or sell. Areas include, the unit size for optimum return on build costs, sales and marketing advice and brochure planning, market research, planning advice and site sales staff recruitment and management.

Tony has been in the property industry for over 26 years and started his career as a negotiator. His career progressed into establishing a New Homes division with an estate agent, then later a major property portal to establish their New Homes division.
