These terms and conditions apply to the 5% letting fee promotion run by Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) through its Catford branch at 133 Rushey Green, SE6 4AA.

These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the KFH standard terms of business for lettings which will apply insofar as they do not conflict with these terms. These terms and conditions shall remain subject to contract and not binding on either party until a formal letting agreement incorporating these terms and the KFH standard terms of business for lettings is signed by you and KFH. If accepted by KFH under the terms of the promotion, as to which KFH shall be the final arbiter, acting reasonably, and subject to compliance with the conditions set out below, the letting and rent collect service fee on your property will be 5% of the rent due under the tenancy agreement for the term of the tenancy and any subsequent renewals. All other costs, including; preparing the tenancy agreement, preparation of an inventory, checking tenants in and out and management services will be provided at KFH’s standard rates.
- The promotion does not cover the KFH short let service
- For the promotional fees to apply, our terms and conditions must be signed and returned to us on or before 5pm 25th March 2016 and have a tenancy commencement date on or before 25th April 2016.
- Any binding tenancy agreement entered or tenancy commencement date falling after those dates will be subject to the standard letting service fees offered by KFH as set out in the KFH standard terms of business for letting applicable hereto.
- The property to be let must be available for occupation with vacant possession (unless let furnished)
- Subject to any local planning or other restrictions, KFH shall be entitled to place a To Let board at the property to be let
- This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount
- The promotion is on the basis of a sole agency lettings service only and KFH’s standard terms and conditions of business will apply as above, save insofar as they conflict with the terms of this offer. If one or more additional estate agents are instructed (between 4th January 2016 and 25th April 2016) the promotion shall cease to apply in any event and KFH’s standard terms of business will prevail.
