We have a residential sales Branch Director position available to take over and run one of our vibrant London teams. As a branch director you will play a key part in proactively maximising business opportunities within the branch and across the Division, and developing a sales team offering exceptional customer service to your buyers and vendors, along with our solicitors, mortgage consultants and other parties.
You will report to our Regional Director.
Responsibilities of a sales branch director include:
· Maximise the revenue opportunities
· Ensure the company’s customer service standards are of the highest at all times
· Support your team members by providing timely and appropriate advice and guidance
· Provide advice and guidance on relevant legislation as required
· Ensure your branch is operating at the highest level of compliance with company policies, procedures and legislative requirements
· Work with the Regional Director to agree an annual business plan and regular quarterly targets
· Report accurately on your branch’s performance
At KFH we are looking for a Branch Director with a proven track record in managing and developing a Central London sales team and vast experience in valuations.
