Risk Manager - Nelson House

At KFH we are looking for a Risk Manager to join our Survey & Professional Services division in Wimbledon.

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) that is registered under VRS, to assist in development of strategies to reduce risk and to assess new business opportunities. We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills. You will report into our Head of Survey.

Professional skills and experience:

  • Has thorough knowledge of building pathology, lender guidance and expectations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Full understanding of the regulatory framework that the business operates within
  • Has an understanding of the London and South East Property Markets and the influences that affect them.
  • Clear and concise communication skills – face to face, group, email, written material and by telephone
  • Possesses IT skills; Word; Excel etc.
  • Highly effective at successfully resourcing exceptional talent especially through own networks

We are looking for Risk Manager with a proven track record in data analysis with great attention to detail and outstanding communication, someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all of our clients whilst achieving the right results.
