We take our compliance and high quality standards seriously, and so do you. Whether you’re already checking cases or you’re an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser looking to deliver your experience in a different function.
As a directly authorised entity Kinleigh Financial Services is focused on delivering high quality support and risk management for our Mortgage teams.
As the new Risk and Controls Officer you’ll play a key part in maintaining and increasing those standards. Reporting to our Technical Operations Manager in a busy and demanding role based in our Wimbledon Head Office you’ll be required to produce regular and timely reports for consultants and advisers to help them continue their own development.
Day to day you’ll use your knowledge and experience of mortgages to conduct regular accurate case samples in a timely manner ensuring that we have met our required standard in line with our performance management scheme.
You’re likely to be someone who enjoys breadth to their role as you’ll have plenty of other responsibilities as well such as; delivering ad-hoc audits at the request of the Technical Operations Manager, creating and supplying regular reports in line with FCA requirements and expectations, and carrying out any investigations that need to take place.
You’ll also be a good communicator, ensuring colleagues are up to date with your workload and inducting new consultant and adviser colleagues on practices when they join our team.
If you’re interested in our Risk and Controls Officer position, we’d be delighted if you shared your application with us. Given the critical business nature of the role we do need applicants to hold relevant previous experience so please only apply if you:
