We’re looking for a new recruitment team member to join us for the busiest part of our recruiting year. You’ll likely be looking for a break into an in-house recruiting role, you’ll definitely be looking to build on your experience of recruiting or resourcing in the estate agency market.
We have busy recruitment team at KFH based at our Wimbledon head office. We’re constantly operating at pace in a relentless environment with lots of competing and changing priorities. The thing that never changes? The need to hire experienced sales and estate agency professionals.
You’ll be someone who thrives on pace and a high workload, the type of person who needs to be busy. That’s something we can guarantee.
We can also be very clear about what the role entails and that’s why it’s likely to suit someone seeking their first in-house role. We’ll need you to work in a consistent and repetitive way to generate candidate flow.
You’ll support two experienced recruiters by helping them get the quickest access to qualified candidates in the market.
Day to day you’ll be responsible for screening our overnight applications (volumes can get extremely high), you’ll use your experience to assess fit for role and pass candidates along to recruiters. Crucially, you’ll use your knowledge of CV databases and job boards to identify and approach potential candidates who are actively looking for work. You’ll be able to review CVs to assess potential fit and be relentless in making initial contact with candidates.
If time allows you may also be involved in some outbound sourcing and resourcing of candidates on LinkedIn and other sites but we expect you’ll be too busy for that.
Given the nature of the role and the six month fixed term contract we can initially offer you a pro rata salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience, there’s no bonus with this position.
