Property Manager - Wimbledon

We are looking for an experienced property manager who can deliver exceptional service to a sensibly sized residential property portfolio. Our lettings property management team is welcoming, supportive, and focused on achieving team goals. 

This is a 12 month fixed term contract position.

  • Relevant experience working in property management or residential lettings
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in dispute resolution and problem solving
  • Excellent customer service skills and approach
  • The ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels

As a property manager at KFH, you will play a key part in our client retention plans by working with landlords and contractors with a focus on long term relationship building.

You will report to our Head of Lettings Management.
