Lettings Administrator - Maternity cover - Hammersmith

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lettings Administrator to join our Hammersmith office.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience within property administration and will be competent at using Microsoft Office as well as having good time management skills and used to working to tight deadlines.

 
The role will involve providing support and efficient administration to the whole lettings team.
 
A typical day will include; meeting and greeting customers and dealing with enquiries, along with general administration and lettings specific filing. You will also be preparing property details and window displays, advertising copy, correspondence and tenancy agreements as well as weekly statistics.

As a team player, you’ll need the following skills and experience:

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in a fast paced administration role
The ability to use your own initiative and be pro-active
Great communication skills
