We are seeking a Helpdesk Support person to join our IT team based in south west London.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an interest in business, technology and people, to make a difference to the performance of the company.
We are looking for someone with a good technical awareness of systems and user devices, who can get to know how our systems and processes work at a high level, then provide user support. We are a predominantly Microsoft environment with a mixture of systems in-house and third party, iPhones and tablets.
You will be joining a friendly team of IT systems people and project managers, and assisting them to deliver stable and improved systems to the business.
A driving licence is preferential but not essential.
Help Desk duties
Using the support call logging system
Dealing with calls assigned by the user support supervisor
Ensuring all calls are being progressed efficiently
Upgrading PCs and phone
Awareness of security issues and counter measures
