Frequently asked questions

What should I wear to my interview?

Great presentation is an important part of representing KFH and something we look for when meeting candidates. You should dress in appropriate business attire for your interview.

How should I prepare for my interview?

The more preparation you do, the more comfortable you’ll be in your interview. It will also create the right impression with your interviewer. In order to prepare, spend some time on our website reading about KFH and the division you are interviewing with. It’s a good idea to check out the person you’re interviewing with on LinkedIn. Finally, make sure you have some questions lined up for your interviewer about the role and life at KFH.

What’s your interview process?

Typically, you will interview at a KFH office – whether that be a local branch or head office. To get to offer stage, there are usually two face to face interview rounds. If you’ve applied for a role with us directly, you’ll be supported by our internal talent acquisition team throughout the process.

Why have I been asked to bring my passport to my interview?

In order to get an offer to you as quickly as possible if you’re successful, we’re legally bound to verify you have the right to work in the UK. To do this as smoothly as possible, we ask all candidates to bring their passport to their interview.

When should I arrive for my interview?

To ensure you arrive at your interview with time to relax and prepare, we’d recommend you turn up ten minutes ahead of the scheduled start time. If you are interviewing for a position in a branch, it’s a good idea to familiarise yourself with the local area ahead of your interview.
