Credit Control Administrator - Wimbledon

We are seeking a highly numerate, organised and fast paced client controller for our Head Office based in Wimbldeon.  A fantastic opportunity for a Credit Controller with minimal experience or a highly numerate professional seeking their first role in credit control. 

The aim of this role is to work with our customers to minimise the volume of service charge debt the company’s clients experience.  By managing  the early identification of debtors and efficiently processing debtor communication (and referral for legal action if required) this role will ensure we are keeping on top of the departments service charge debts.

Your role will be varied and involve producing reports and reminder letters, processing card payments, liaising with property managers and dealing with queries and questions from our residents across London

The ideal candidate will have experience of property / real estate / property management – however we will train excellent candidates on the industry – as long as you have a head for numbers!

It is essential you have outstanding communication skills and a strong track record of dealing with customers in a fast paced environment.  You must have experience of a client control / accountancy / highly numerate office based environment
