We are now looking for a Client Accounts Manager, who will be reporting into the Portfolio Director, to ensure that all clients within the portfolio are effectively managed, providing all accounting services that are scheduled in terms with our management agreement.
You will be required to attend Client meetings; maintain regular checks of the client funds and instructing any necessary transfers; authorise the client’s supplier’s invoices; assist the Block Manager with the preparation of the annual service charge budget and ten year maintenance plan for the client; reconcile clients individual back accounts, including the posting of any bank interest or charges; prepare required monthly client reports; prepare ground rent reports for Freeholders/Clients and requesting the transfer of due funds; year-end procedures.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to keep to tight deadlines and Client KPI’s; have strong attention to detail and be an effective team player who will work ‘hands on’ to ensure the business achieves its objectives.
You will need;
- A track record of success in a similar roles within a block management company accounts department.
- Full understanding of working under the regulatory framework the business operates in.
