At KFH we are looking for a Business Process Coordinator to join our Block Management team in Wimbledon.

Do you have a good understanding of the block management industry and experience in using Proptech and accounting software? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills. You will report into our Business Implementation Manager.

Responsibilities of a Business Process Coordinator include:

  • Provide operational support for key Block Management applications
  • Manage client setup and account configurations on Propman
  • Handle client updates, including tenancies, units, and charges in Propman
  • Maintain process guides and provide guidance to Block Management team
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure application alignment with system changes
  • Administer user profiles for Propman, Asana, and other applications
