Schedules of condition
Before you sign a lease, we can carry out a schedule of condition survey.
This means you'll know about the condition of the building and any existing or likely repair costs before committing yourself.
Under a commercial lease you'll probably be responsible for repairs, and if you're taking on an existing lease you may have to take on the repair liabilities of the previous tenant.
